Cool Product - We should've done this sooner!

Great Concept, Nice looking gizmo, pours plenty fast. dont yet know how long the cartridges last.. We bent the needle on the first use, because I grabbed the body of the coravin like a handle to tilt the bottle for a pour.... DON'T do that! although bent in appearance, the needle seems to still be working properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish it had a display stand

The Coravin Model Two Elite wine opening system is an extravagance well worth the money, particularly if you have invested in pricey bottles of wine. By using the system to tap the bottle, you can pour one glass or two without having to open the whole bottle. I thought it was easy to use. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Inserting the cartridges was simple, however, it took some practice to not over use them. The main drawback is that there is no stand or holder for the Coravin. It's tricky to get it back into the box. I'd like to be able to display the Coravin on my bar top, so I could easily use it when I want. As it is now, I need to get the box, open it, put the box away, etc...just a hassle. If the Coravin came with a display stand, it would be perfect.

Just received it and immediately tried it out. The instructions are "show & tell" but not difficult. Initially I wasn't very trusting of it securely holding the bottle while pouring but I'll get use to it. Love it!

This thing is pretty cool. I didn't even know that getting the wine out of a bottle without uncorking it was possible, and even after I heard about it I didn't 100% believe that it would work. Sure enough though I was able to get the Model Two working fairly quickly and it worked just like it said it would.

When I opened the package I was a little intimidated by everything. I was afraid it would be to hard to use. However a quick look at the instructions and an inspection of the equipment and it was a snap to use. I was drinking great wine without removing the cork in now time. There is no mess and no spillage. It is a spill proof system that is effortless to use.

I drink wine occasionally, usually I am not able to finish a bottle within a week. So Coravin wine system is perfect for me to preserve the flavor. I've opened a bottle for 4 days now, it still tastes the same. The wine system is packaged very nicely in a gift box. My only Complaint is that the instruction comes with the package is a piece of paper with steps. It is not very clear so I had hard time to start to use it. But after I figured it out, it is very easy to use. I will recommend this to my friends.

I am very impressed by this - it has exceeded all expectations. It is very easy and intuitive to use. I have used on three bottles thus far and it fit all of them fine and worked consistently. I have aged wine and am always hesitant to drink one- this has allowed me to overcome that barrier as I can have some now and save the remainder-,I don't need to wait for that perfect occasion any more.

I was a little skeptical of this wine tapper and pouring system. After using it I am amazed of the ease of use and the quality in which it is made. It keeps the bottles fresh and the pours smoothly. My only drawback is that I seem to drink more wine than normal, maybe because I am trying this out...I guess having more variety of wine is not a drawback at all. I really think that I need to get some of these for friends and family but they cannot use mine. I have to say I absolutely am in love with this.
