This bed is great. I saw it before it was an option to buy. The minute it was available, we bought it. It was quick to put together and my son loves it. To those that have read any negative reviews, here is some info. 1st pay attention to the directions, they are easy to follow and use the tools they suggest. 2nd make sure everything is tight, whether you are bolting or screwing. 3rd I have read reviews about the roll bar being flimsy, if you thighten everything correctly there is no problems. My boy is 40 lbs and he swings from it with no movement. Last they say it only holds 200 lbs, I'm pushing 300 and I have slept in it when he was sick and again no problems

This is bed is awesome, and my 3yr old son loves it! The only thing it is missing is a steering wheel. The box was bigger than I expected, and I had to remove the parts to get them inside, which wasn't a problem. I put this bed together alone and it was easy. It could be put together faster with help and a drill. This bed is very sturdy but lightweight. I'm using it as a twin, and I like that you don't have to order any additional parts to extend it. Its already the length of a twin bed. Overall I am very pleased with it and I would definitely recommend it to others. I have gotten many compliments on it!

My Granddaughter Loves it!

This is an awesome bed! The only drawback is that it didn't come in pink. Our granddaughter really loves this bed.It takes a lot longer to assemble than we thought. We followed the advice of a previous review and just bought the twin mattress. The bolt caps for the roll bar are a bit of a pain, I actually need to request a couple more because mine broke. Onve you snap them closed, its hard to reopen. Also make sure you hold the roll bar top tight before you put the screws in (I didn't and it has a small gap). In the end it is worth the cost and the time to put it together! Its durable plastic so I know it will last! Seeing her jumping and enjoying her bed was all worth it!

Big sturdy bed

We bought this for our very active 3 1/2yr Grandson. He loves it. It's big. He loves the lights that he can operate on his own. He does hang onto the rollbar and jumps and tries to swing. It was simple to set up and it was a great project for Grandpa and Grandson. The side step makes it easy to climb in and out. We are very happy with the purchase. UPS freight was great. They took it off the truck and put it on the side walk in front of my house. We took it out of the box to get it in. The pieces are light.

I did not know I had to get a mattress but once that hurdle was passed it has been smooth sailing. My one year old granddaughter is a dare devil. She is very tomboyish and she absolutely loves her bed. She climbs on it and "drives" it. She goes to bed for naps and bedtime without an issue. The funniest thing is when her sisters try to sit or touch it - she screams very clear MY CAR- GET OFF! LOL. I just love this bed. And she can grow with it. She will enjoy this for many years!

Awesome Jeep bed

My toddler loves this bed. I love this bed and I love how much HE LOVES THIS BED! It is sturdy, I have slept in it with him through the night, so it CAN hold a mom and child. (My husband thinks it wouldn't support him, but I think it would). We had no problem transitioning him from a crib to this Jeep because it is A JEEP. The only thing I don't like about it is how the toddler mattress fits in, my kid rolls around a bit still at night and since there's empty space around the toddler mattress, we've stuffed it all full of other blankets and pillows so he doesn't roll off his mattress onto plastic and wake himself up. I'm buying the twin mattress TODAY for that reason alone. Otherwise, it's awesome.

A bit of a project to build but worth it. Our 3 year old loves his new bed and takes everyone to see his "JEEEP" when they come visit. It is tough and fit together excellent. I would recommend Little Tikes come up with some better packaging as it was relatively destroyed when it arrived but all in all worth the expense!
