Short term fun

We bought this water slide last July and enjoyed it the remaining of the summer. But like the other reviews we just tried to take it out to use it again this summer and the fabric had ripped in multiple locations making it unusable now. I contacted little tikes and they said it’s only under warranty for the first 90 days and they can not do anything about it. It’s unfortunate to have paid so much money for only a few months of fun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recently had the same experience as another reviewer. My husband and I purchased this product and our children used it only a handful of times before storing it away for a month. At that point we set it up again and noticed that there were numerous holes and weak spots in the fabric. The fabric was also quite hard and brittle. Although we were well within the 90 day warranty period, our claim was rejected by Little Tikes on the basis that the "warranty does not cover any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship". This decision was made despite the fact that the warranty states that it covers defects in the material - which there clearly was. In the short time we had the product it was always used, put away, and stored appropriately, and again only used a handful of times. We were extremely disappointed in the quality and durability of this product and even more disappointed in the response we received from Little Tikes. We purchased this product for well over $500...a hefty price tag for something that we were only able to use on less than five occasions. I would strongly recommend against purchasing this item!

This is going on year two. We have 3 kids. At this time they are all 4 years old. The twins will be 5 in a few weeks. They LOVE it. Its very durable and sets up easily. We stored it in the garage for the winter (with the bag provided) and we got it out last week and it was like new. Do what the manual states on this product and there will be no problems. It is a little bothersome to take down and store for the winter, BUT well worth the effort. Once we are done with it for the day, we deflate it and let it dry out then we drag it under our porch, out of the direct sunlight. Being that its no cheep purchase, we try to take care of it best we can. Again, the kids LOVE it....and we do to...

Tons of fun, but only for one season

I carefully read the reviews on this product prior to purchasing and as most review say, this is a "one season toy". My son and his friends had a ball playing on the water slide all of last summer. We were very careful in packing it away for the winter, hoping to avoid the issues previous owners had stated in their reviews. Prior to packing it we set it up for a whole day without using water to make sure it was very dry before retiring it for the season, I even packed it with tissue paper before folding it, similar to the way it came packaged brand new. But when we opened it for the first time today, it appears to be moldy on the inside, half of the slide looks dirty (but on the inside) The seams also appear to be stretching, and it does not blow up quite as nicely as it did originally which is quite disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kids loved it when it worked

I have 2 toddlers playing on this so no roughing it up the hoses keep popping loose out of the prayer head and my last straw was today when the pipe came loose from the water hose connection

No Regrets!

We have had our slide for a few years now, using it every summer. Two Boys who are now turning 7 and 10 and their friends have enjoyed endless hours. It's easy to set up. Putting it away can me more of a challange to make sure it has a chance to dry out and getting it back into its storage bag is kind of hilarious. But I am so glad we bought this and can't imagine a summer without it!
Our neighbors ended up buying one for their grandkids because they could hear the fun our kids were having!

IVE RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BDAY PARTY AND EVERYONE LOVED IT, I HAD ABOUT PERHAPS 6 KIDS ON IT AT A TIME ALL ABOUT 3-7 YRS OLD, SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS TURNED OUT GREAT, MY 21YR OLD SISTER HAS ALSO DECIDED TO TRY OUT ITS QUALITY AND JUMPED ON IT HERSELF, SO FAR, SO GOOD..

Short term entertainment for kids

Its a slide that will keep your toddler or young child entertained for hours but like many other reviews state. Its flimsy and less than two months of owning it, it has a few holes, even if you are careful about using the product. Customer service is useless and the warranty on the product is not helpful. If you are willing and able to spend 400-500 bucks on something you may use a total of 5-10 times then this would be good for you, otherwise not worth the expense.
