Limited Features and Usage

I’m not sure who decided to go with this thing as the receiver. I assume it was because it’s cheaper and makes Klipsch more money. Nothing wrong with that unless the product is a complete downgrade from what was. It’s frustrating because I had old Klipsch speakers that performed better because of the receiver was different.
Here’s what I don’t like about the axiim link:
-limited usage dependent on devices owned
-limited to an app and phone
-limited features
-poor connection
-terrible software/doesn’t update no matter what you try
-terrible support/help team to troubleshoot issues
-slow volume adjustment when you reopen the app to USE YOUR PHONE AS A PHONE. This thing needs a remote option as well for anyone who doesn’t want to dedicate their phone as the volume control for the next hour.

Pros: None. Anything this device has that’s good someone else made previously with even more pros as well.
I like the speakers, but this hockey puck of junk was not the move. I’m sure you guys are loaded now $$ so take the cash and start making quality stuff again, please!

Terrible Product with Limited Useable features

This unit is not user friendly AT ALL. This unit offers ZERO Bluetooth Playback capability, and this unit seems to be the only way to use my newly purchased, very expensive, RW-34C. I am extremely displeased to say the least.

This device alone is the most worthless piece of technology ever created. I was excited to listen to my first sound system and this device single-handedly kept me from doing that. Unless you own an Xbox, or an LG OLED TV from 2019! Don’t even bother purchasing these speakers. I’m sure the speakers were great but due to this hockey puck with wires my speakers were nothing more than paper weights.

It only works with a PC, certain LG tv's and a Wii. Unfortunately all I had was a onkyo reciever.
