The luggage is ok. The inside is tight. It's not a mobile office on wheels. The non move able wheels make it even more stiff. I'm keeping but replacing it with another model.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this bag!!! I have been searching and searching for a bag that will not only accommodate my laptop, but other things, as well. I am an office manager and while there is, sometimes, a use for a smaller capacity bag, I, personally, really benefit from one that can carry a LOT of stuff - and this one does! Not only that, but the way it opens up is WONDERFUL! It opens so wide and really allows you to access and store things easily! I love how long the telescopic handle is bc I'm tall, it's made well, it's carry-on size... there's just not a more perfect bag for me!

I am a doctor and I bought this to carry the surgical materials, I like it but I think the material is a bit delicate, because it rubbed against a wall and a scratch was made.

I chose the black with the gold-tone zippers. Highly functional and attractive for professionals (I'm a commercial real estate broker). The only style suggestion I'd like to make is that the wheels rotate 360 degrees, not just front & back. Very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend.
