[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this bag and love the gray-ish green color. The wheel is very quiet on a smooth indoor surface. Outdoor on the sidewalk it's gonna make some noise, that's to be expected. The bag is spacious for the size. I use it for college, carrying two to three textbooks(not very thick), a 1.5inch binder and a laptop, plus many more little items such as wallets, hand creams, pens, etc. I would say, the only downside of this bag is the handle. It's kind of flimsy maybe because it needs to be parted into four sections to fit the size of the bag. It bends slightly as pushing or pulling when the bag is packed full. I just started using this bag so I'm not sure how long the handle will last. Overall, this bag fits my needs and is a very good daily commuting bag.

I like the expandable handle and wheels that roll in all directions makes traveling so much easier but the best part is the portable charger/battery pack the deep pockets

I like that it has 4 wheels instead of two like most of them have. it is also very attractive case
