Not as hoped

I was looking for a bag to replace a bag I have to carry. The description on line seemed good. However, when I went to pack the bag it did not work as expected. If you are packing anything other than flat things, it really doesn’t accommodate them. I put in a small camera, in the main compartment, and had to squeeze the bag to get it zipped. In addition, it’s very stiff. So in order to get anything out you have to unzip each compartment fully. You can’t just unzip a little and reach in for something. In addition, you can’t really stack it on another case because of the wheels. I’m very disappointed because I was hoping this bag would help me travel more easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WARNING !!!! THIS BAG DOES NOT COME WITH USB PORT!! BE CAREFUL AND DOUBLE CHECK FOR PORT. I HAD 2 SENT TO ME AND BOTH HAD NO USB PORT!

Wanted to love this bag... but got a defective one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I saw this bag on sale. I have been looking for an underseater bag for a while, and this seemed to fit all my requirements.
Unfortunately, when I finally got the bag, I was sent a defective one. The handle would not go up all the way, even when I tried to tug firmly. There was also a loose thread on the strap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
