Great Organization - Handle Won't Lock in Place

I bought this at a department store and love the organization and functionality. I haven't taken it anywhere yet and am considering whether I should return it or try to get it fixed through the warranty because the telescoping handle won't lock in place.
It will only lock in the most extended position, but I'm short and want to use it locked one spot down. It won't do it. It's either up all the way, or down all the way. It won't lock in any of the other positions.
I was looking forward to buying other pieces in this set, but am apprehensive about that now. We'll see what I decide to do with this piece first.

I purchased the Mobile Office on order SAM02043627 and traveled with it for the first time last week. Not good. The handle would not lock in place so I had to carry by handles instead of using the spinner feature. The handle is rather flimsy. I own other Samsonite luggage, however this one is proving to be the worst. I purchased this piece for the spinner feature as I am unable to carry heavy items.

I purchased this in July of 2022 after previous mobile office/ carry on was destroyed by airline. Spent a little extra to have f “good brand”. Terribly disappointing. The back handle isn’t sewn in so well, so it ripped and broke during regular use. Handle material started fraying within 6 months.

I like the size and the spinner wheels. I’m short, so I had hoped the pull arm would adjust for my height. Unfortunately the telescoping pull arm, doesn’t lock into place
