I love my new bag. I have had it for two weeks. It makes carrying my work gear from client to client so much easier. Also, I can stack my lunch bag on the telescoping handle which makes going to client locations even easier! So far I have no complaints, and would highly recommend the bag!

The handle, when pulled, does not lock & stay in position when selecting the length of the handle. Unless you select to pull it all the way out, the shorter sections will not lock in place.
This is a very important feature since not always do you need to release the handle all the way. I prefer a short handle at times.
Other than this, there is plenty of space & the fabric and design of the the bag in nice.

I really like my new rolling bag. The only aspect that I wish was different is that in order to access sections, I have to fully open the zippers. Otherwise this bag is GREAT!
