The Retractable push button handle is very weak!

The Retractable push button handle is weak n not function well. I don't think it will survive my daily commute beating! Compare to my old underseat samsonite. However, i do like the bag. Its well designed n has many compartments for storage. I hope it will last.

Almost perfect!

I’ve had the bag for a month and used it for a few days. Beautiful bag, functional and holds day to day work essentials to an overnight stay. The only issue is the handles; it does not secure. I would it it to be a bit more firm. The locks are not as secure either. I need to adjust them slowly and try to force the locks to secure in place as it quickly retracts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this bag for my stenograph machine. It holds everything. My machine, laptop, notebook, pens, paper etc. It rolls fantastic. I couldn't be more happy. I have been everywhere with this bag including the plane. I get so many compliments.

I love the movement of the wheels which is the best part. I wish that the componetes of the bag that are made to look like leather were actually leather. I do not enjoy the extending handle of the bag as it is NOT as sturdy as other Samsonite bags in the past. The mechanism that is made to keep the two handles togehter is faux as well, and I'm disappointed with this item because already the rubber seams that are made to cover the cut of the material is already falling off because i adjust it everyday even while being gentle with it. The back space of the Spinner has sufficent room but my issue with it is its flexibility to slide other items into it once it is half way zipped. I find it to be very stiff. Furthermore the bag as no balance once the back part of the bag is fully open it falls back immediately as opposed to remain standing on all 4 wheeles. The bag is beautiful but I prefer leather items as opposed to faux leather which ages quickly and I don't like the flimsly feel of the extended handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No water bottle holder
Design isn't optimal for a rolling office bag. Too much weight upfront (where all your electronics would go) bakes it topple forward. There is a front zip pocket that is almost worthless.
Doesn't hold as much as you would expect
Twists while walking in spinner mode. My wrists get tired fighting the constant twisting.
Handles are flimsy as several have stated.

In summary, this isn't a good overnight bag, nor is it a good office brief. I think the pockets need to be reduced or laid out differently, the handles need to be higher quality as well as the wheels. Something should be done about the toppling over when there is weight along the front of the carrier.

As an entrepreneur, I get t work a few blocks away from our home in a Coworking space, but I'm constantly taking my work back and forth. My days are short because I get to pick my kids up from school, but that also means I'm doing some work at night after their bedtime too. Therefore, this bag helps me get everything I need from here to there without tweaking my shoulder. My kids are heavy enough when they want to be carried. Rolling my laptop and whatever saves my body, and in the long run, probably money on massages not needed as frequently because the bag is so comfortable to roll (and I'm not carrying the contents anymore).
