I love the design of this bag but the retractable handle on the bag I received is very unstable.
Sometimes it clicks into place on the first try but it usually takes several tries to get it to function properly. I didn't return it because I needed it for travel right away. Hope this issue is addressed.

The Retractable push button handle is very weak!

The Retractable push button handle is weak n not function well. I don't think it will survive my daily commute beating! Compare to my old underseat samsonite. However, i do like the bag. Its well designed n has many compartments for storage. I hope it will last.
