This backpack has many thoughtful design features for someone who travels frequently. It has several pouch options for different work and travel items. I particularly appreciate the sunglass pouch on the side and the water bottle holder which can hold my 32oz hydroflask. I was initially hesitant on paying so much for the bag but the overall quality and convenient design features have significantly improved my travel experience after a year of using it. If you are looking for a new travel backpack, I recommend to visit a Samsonite store to physically look at all the different options and sizes they offer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an overall a nice backpack. However, there are a couple of things that they need to improve for their next models. The hidden pocket in the back of the bag is too small. You can't fit your passport or wallet. I like the idea of having an usb port to charge the ipad, but it would be good to have an extra one for the phone outside the bag in case that you want to use your devices while charging them. The cable organizer is small and does not fit all my cables. I had to buy another one online to fit my needs. It is a very comfortable bag to carry even when it's full, and the pockets seem spacious and you can increase the size of one of the pockets if need it. The laptop pocket could have a little more of extra padding at the bottom to prevent damages in case of falling.

The backpack seems bigger than the published dimensions. Possibly due to it's design.
After one business trip, I am already seeing signs of poor fabric quality as the backpack is showing signs of frayed threads.

The right backpack for business travel. Solid frame provides cushion for up to 15.7”laptop and electronics, multiple compartments for documents and electronics, anti-theft pocket. It won’t go wrong if you are looking for a business backpack.

Specifications are not correct

I bought the backpack for my 14 "Lenovo ThinkPad but the Fast Fit does not work for a laptop up to 15.6" as described in the product specifications.
The adjustable closure is very forced to the point that the velcro cannot be kept closed and opens under pressure.
If you are thinking of buying this backpack, only consider buying it if your laptop is 10 "or maximum 12".
Bad investment and very dissatisfied for buying on the web with an expectation and when receiving the product it does not work correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
