I love this bag! It's light, has the right number of pockets, and the zippers work very well. The strap that holds the laptop pocket shut is actually a bit too long, so I had to use paperclips to make it shorter (otherwise, the laptop would not be held securely). There is no place to fit tumblers inside or outside, so that would have to be added separately. But overall, this bag is perfect for work and casual trips!
