This is a wonderful, well-made tote bag. The outside is easy to clean, the inside is roomy, the hardware is sturdy, and I like that it has some separate pockets on the inside and outside. The only reason I did not give a five star review is because, for the size of the bag, the shoulder strap really should have a pad on it. By the time I got the bag loaded with everything that it would readily hold, the shoulder strap was uncomfortable on my shoulder because of the weight of the bag.
