[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement computer for one that shorted out the moment I plugged it in. This happens, thankfully that is the first time is has happened to me with a HP. Customer service was great and the new computer is working great. I had to install some additional software and configure it for our environment, but it a great computer.

I have Hp support and got it up and running with their help. Great service but surprising that setting up a printer would be a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered on 3/24, so it took a while. PC works great but mouse/keyboard seemed glitchy (ordered wireless options). Turns out the batteries sent with it were old, so using fresh batteries helped as well as the suggestion to move it from a back USB port to the front. My teenagers were thrilled that we got a gaming PC and had to buy additional gaming software, but I mainly use Office and film editing software. I like the look of the PC and the fact that it could be ordered with 1 HD for OS, as my last HP PC (at least 6 years old!) had a Windows crash that I was unable to fix although all of my data was intact. HP products have been good for me for the past 15 years!
