A few problems here and there but all and all good!

I bought this computer to use for YouTube and wanted to make sure that it’s smooth and its performance is amazing. While doing so I ran into some problems:
1. Phone would sometimes not connect nor transfer files.
2. USB-C port is broken and won’t keep my cord plugged in. Very weak
3. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting from my computer every so often. That doesn’t happen on any of my other devices.
There’s a really the biggest shoes that I can list, but other than that, it’s amazing! It’s fast, It’s smooth. It’s overall performance is incredible. I recommend the money but beware of the problems listed.

Have used the device very little since receipt. Am finding it difficult to migrate data and info from Win 8.1 to Win 11 machine. No fault of HP but turning out to be time consuming.

I believe it will suit my needs. (Genealogy Research) It is not as fast as I would like, but over all the storage is great. The Windows 11 is somewhat difficult for me as I am elderly and have a difficult time learning something new. Generally.....I like the computer.
