[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so nice to the HP team to have it deliver sooner. So with the pandemic crisis, kids were doing home school. We have a HP laptop but could not share at the same time with our two kids if they have to do video conferencing so we decided to purchase a desktop that would help them with the home school program. We have not searched for anything other than HP and it did not disappoint us especially with the fast delivery. Great job HP team and more power!

She made me aware of all my options so I could make a sound decision and we quickly closed the deal. All this while the Coronavirus news was at full force. In about 3 days I had my Pavilion delivered. Happy that I did not have to go out in public to make the purchase. Happy with the person help me make the right choices.

I'm happy with virtually everything about my new PC. However, when the monitor goes to sleep it won't wake up. I literally need to unplug the PC to restart. I noticed my hardware shows I have two monitors = not sure why or how to correct. Thus far I'm super unhappy.
