This is my first HP. However, I am not very happy about its functionality. It isn't stable. The settings is keeping frozen almost every time I want to use. Only until I restarted the computer, then runs OK. How many times I need to do?

I love this desktop computer! My old one was old. It started out brand new with Windows 8 and I loved it until the day it wasn't behaving properly so I tried to reset it to an earlier date. That's when it showed me a critical message that it failed. This one is super fast and has Windows 11 and many other features I haven't tried yet. But I do love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old HP finally went to computer heaven. if this new one is anything like the old one, I good. Never had any problems with old one, so why change. HP has always been good to me. Ordered this one online and was here in a few days. Got data in and hooked up and ready to go.
