Keyboard is not working properly and wasn't told monitor needed to be brought separately after purchase, working or buying with your company makes me feel like you say one thing and then the buyer finds out something different.

I bought the three-year service package thinking that the network setup was going to be as difficult as in my previous desktop setup, but it was a breeze. The SSD option was money well-spent, as the start-up time is nearly instantaneous.
