Poor design. Gray labelling and small symbols that are unreadable on the keyboard. Embossed symbols painted white to label the power button and slots are useless. The DVD/CD reader is hard to load. The power button is hard to activate because it is recessed and narrow. The fan is loud. Also, the RCA connections on the back are poorly labelled.

Compared to old HP towers, this feels cheap. Plus, the Windows 11 version pre-loaded does not let you do anything unless you have an internet connection. If you are trying to set this up before you have an internet connection, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK. It's a brick.

for the price this is built a little cheap. Very small tower and made of tin. The on off switch is sure to break in future. This is not built like my old HP computer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my HP Desktop Computer about a month ago and it is running smoothly! My HP Smartfriend Program helped me to set-up all of the programs from my old computer to the new one, and the new printer too! Everything is working super fast and without a glitch! If I do have any small problem, all i have to do, is call Smartfriend, and they will fix it right away!
I love my new HP Desktop computer, especially the excellent speed that it moves from one thing to another! Thanks HP for another GREAT PRODUCT!
