a lot of confusion in the file structure, plus media player is a bust....I had to go back to windows media player legay to get my 9500 songs and 3775 three stars to play. you should go back to WMP. And I had a terrible time working a couple nights to 5am to get the printer to work.

Works but the CD burner is flimsy & not durable.

It works good for the routine tasks that I ask of it. However, I chose this model because it came with a CD burner. The CD ROM that came with this machine is a low quality fragile plastic spring loaded device like the cheap ones that used to come with laptops 25 years ago. It is not durable at all. Nothing like the quality one on my old H.P. Shameful cost cutting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a week, but so far it is working well. It took me a while to discover why the internal speakers weren't working. It's because there is no internal speaker. Now I have to go buy some external speakers.
