Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting a solution to the problem you're having. This certainly isn't the experience that we strive for with our customers, and I can certainly understand your frustration.
Here is a link to locate an HP Service Center near you which I hope will help to resolve the issue: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
I will also mention that HP products have a warranty from their purchase date, so you might make use of it if you need to. To verify the warranty, click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

I mainly use the computer for pictures b/c I volunteer for high schools and take pics for personal us.. When I put them on this computer, they appear with a red circle and and X in the middle=error. I talked to someone and they said the computer has wordpad which my old comuter had but files won't transfer properly. I hate this computer.

The HP desktop worked well for a few weeks but the windows 11 Home Screen was still a bit confusing. Now I can’t login because my longtime login pin not being available. Difficult getting help from Microsoft having to use my cell phone.
I am not happy with this desktop for a few reasons. It does not support 2 monitors. It does not have an internal speaker. The tower box is very large. I am surprised given it is not a low budget or "basic" machine.
