There was "no audio card". No one could or would tell me how to add one. HP evaluation said it had one. It Did Not! I couldn't solve the issue. I really liked the desktop unit. But at least HP took it back. I'm still looking for a new computer. I had hoped to add bluetooth speakers to this one, obviously that didn't work out.
Nice system, BUT, the technical description did not mention that this was configured as a SERVER. The 2 TB hard drive has two partitions: C:\ is only about 183 GB where the D:\ partition is around 183 TB. SO if you are not careful when automatically loading applications the C:\ drive will fill up rather quickly!

I’m having a hard time trying to figure how to get it up. I have an existing hp tower that is old and will not upgrade to windows 11. One problem is I have numerous photographs I don’t want to loose if I do this wrong. The print is do small to understand any directions and just symbols where plugs are. Pretty frustrating
Review windows 11 storage plans (disk) partition) plan before using and don’t use any software to transfer unless it is HP and Windows certified. USB ports need better identification, the on off switch is not user friendly, but system runs great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a chance and got a Dell awhile back. What a mistake I had nothing but problems it was really slow overall. Slower than the computer I was replacing. I kicked myself for not staying with Hp. Just like I thought the HP I just got is rock solid. Super fast no issues at all. Thanks HP!
