Took 2.5 hrs to set it all up but 1.5 hrs of that was installing the 2019 Windows software...every step was a fight but finally got it going. Expect to spend time figuring our what the system requests and dealing with "warnings" along the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a new computer at the end of the year in order to upgrade to Windows 10. This is my first HP and so far I am loving it! It is very fast to start up and turn off. It has 8 USB ports which is something I really needed. I like the separate hard drives for operating system and storage. Was able to transfer all files and programs from the old computer seamlessly. Having a computer with Windows 10 allowed me to finally add a touchscreen monitor! It is a little quieter and faster than my last computer. The tower is also smaller which is nice. Plus it looks beautiful with the silver metallic finish! Was able to transfer my sound card from old computer into the new as well!

It looks very sleek, smaller size than my old one, light and lots of USB ports in the front makes it easy to use accessories.
