I was looking to replace my old HP PC that was "telling" me it was on it's last legs. For once I wanted to be in control and not wait until it died. I wanted one with a DVD-R and card reader. I appreciate that it's smaller than my older model. It was easy to set up.
Husband's Windows 7 computer finally gave up. This replaces it and while it is a good computer, he thinks it needs a keyboard that is not so compact. That will be a separate purchase and will be made soon. USB ports could use some annotation if they are drive D, E, etc.
Has everything I wanted for home use, I do my own taxes and keep records ,I have a HP laptop like it. But I like the desktop for taxes it was easy to transfer files and programs, some I used CDs but most was tower to tower .
