So far, I am very happy with Desktop TP01-2165z. I was able to download my files I had backed up very easily. This is a very nice and fast computer. I use it for home use..
WE HAD TO UPGRADE OUR OLDER COMPUTER BECAUSE IT COULDN'T BE UPDATED ANY MORE. I WENT LOOKING FOR A NICE COMPUTER FOR OUR HOME NEEDS. I USE HP AT MY JOB AND THEY DO WELL IN A BUSINESS SETTING, SO BY COMPARING PRICES AND GADGETS, BELLS AND WHISTLES THIS ONE HAD WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SPEED AND EASE OF WORKING ON MANY APPLICATIONS ALL OPENED AT ONCE WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL. IT ALSO HAS A SLEEK CLEAN LINES AND NICE DESIGN. SWITCHING EVERYTHING SEEM TO BE EASY. SO FAR, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. GOT A GOOD PRICE. WE ARE HAPPY.
instructions were missing, but more importantly NO description of ports nor anything more than what was in the ad I replied to.. The keyboard is JUNK, I hope the computer is half as good as my 11 year old (& still working) Pavilion. I am hoping to find documents for this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,

We appreciate your loyalty to the HP brand over the last several years and can assure you that we always aim to make our customers happy with our products. That said, I have some suggestions which I believe will provide some solutions for you.
Regarding instructions, you can find a manual for your computer by entering the serial number, product number or product name at this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en
I'm not sure exactly what issues you may be experiencing with your keyboard, but I'd suggest perusing this link for troubleshooting help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/diagnostics?category=computing&issue=keyboard-trackpad-touchpad-issues
If this doesn't seem to work, I hope you'll reach out to us for direct support. We're always here and more than happy to help get your computer running optimally. You can get in touch with us via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
I will also mention that HP products have a warranty from their purchase date, so you might make use of it if you need to. To verify the warranty, look for an icon on our support site labelled “Check Warranty Status.”
The HP Pavilion tower is great. HP is a good brand and I trust it. It's the Windows 11 I hate. Nothing works on this Pavilion like it does on my HP Envy Windows 10! The look of this Pavilion is sleek, it has some ports I wanted, some I didn't get. I can't plug MY keyboard or mouse in as the plugs don't fit in these ports. My keyboard and mouse are old and I like them and wanted to use them. I probably will get around to using the Pavilion more. But I dislike the Windows 11so much, that I am still mostly using my Envy. I live in Ohio. I would recommend any HP product.
This computer is fast and was easy to setup. The only thing I don't like is there is only one DVD drive and no way to add one unless you use an external drive. So far I haven't had any trouble with this computer. One other thing is that the USB ports are in front, not sure if I like that. Time will tell. I had this for about a month now, working great.
