I have been a loyal HP customer for many years purchasing DeskTops and printers. I needed to replace an eight year old HP 700 Envy and thought the TP01 Pavilion would be a good purchase. From the beginning it was neither downloading nor installing applications properly blocking or not starting plug-ins, drivers, etc. I had two retired computer experts work on it for four days trying to correct the problems to the point of resetting it 3 times, creating new Microsoft and gmail accounts. The techs said they had never seen anything like this before. When the techs returned the PC to me, I wanted to give it another try but first wanted to change the screen color to solid blue and increase the font size to 125%. Upon doing that, suddenly the first Microsoft account with the new Wiindows 11 reset applications appeared: strange beyond belief. After consulting with the techs again, we agreed the best solution would be to return the PC.
I must admit the customer service representative (once I got through to him), Ronnie, was understanding, listened to what our team experienced, and giving him the case numbers to verify what I was stating.
This particular desktop crashes several times a week. It can’t retain my Microsoft ID or PIN. I’m not sure if it’s the CPU or the USB ports but something isn’t right and Windows 11 is up to date.
The computer is fast, but lacks an indicator of disk working. Also, it tries to put everything in the solid disk which is very limited in size. It had to be reconfigured. The processing speed is okay. The video card is basic but not high tech, For the price, should be higher end and not so basic.
hard drive makes noise, cheaply made, cd rom is cheap, key board mouse not worth shipping, was fast now i have a few programs on it very slow, have to make a microsoft id to setup computer, worth the cost no,

I bought this as a backup as my other computer is getting old. It's a not an HP. On the HP, there are two (2) drives. One is a solid state drive which has the operating system. So, when you power it up, it starts right away. It also has a 1TB hard drive. I save most of my files to it, such as pictures and music.
