I bought this 2 weeks ago, and I'm pretty happy with it. However, this is the first workstation I purchased that has a flimsy "laptop" optical drive, that does not always read a disc the first time. For getting an HP product, that was my only disappointment.

Can'.t get it to work as good as the old machine. tried to upgrade to windows 11 now the printer doesn't work. went back to windows 10 and now the printer just is useless. No printing at all.

This is a very good value desktop. Fast startup with SSD storage, plus a large hard drive for data. Good memory, room to add a separate video card if desired and the CPU from AMD appears to run much cooler than the 11th generation Intel device that is in my Envy laptop. I am very happy with this Envy desktop!

The computer is very good. The problem that I've had is that the drive partitions were reversed between my old HP computer and the new one, making the transfer of data, files, etc. more complicated and difficult.
