I was surprised with the quality of this bag especially having owned other Samsonite Leather Bags. I was looking for a bag I could use at work (Attorney). The quality of material used is poor. The leather looks and feels cheap. The zipper hardware also feels like a hard plastic as opposed to a hard metal. I am returning the bag and will look elsewhere. Also, I am not happy that Samsonite is charging me a $14 return fee. I'm surprised they aren't waving these fees given that most stores are still closed in the state due to Covid. I'll be hesitant to give them a shot again in the future.
Cons: Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have enough space to carry both my personal and work laptops including chargers. The zips are well made and overall I think the bag will last me a long time. I also like the strap on the back to attach to a carry one, quite convenient for frequent travelers like myself.

At the same time it's not too small. It also looks good and feels sturdy. It's a medium size bag. Not too small and not too little. The quality of the material is good and so far there have been a lot of compliments.
