Love it, but.... one zipper broke (temporarily)

Love the way it looks and love the size. I am able to carry my laptop and various documents / notebooks with still space to spare while not being too bulky. However, one of the zippers broke within the first few weeks. Luckily I was able to fix it, so I think it is salvaged, but nevertheless was disappointed

Outer body i.e leather is average but, interior pocket and sleeves quality and stitching are Pathetic!! Samsonite used to be my fav brand. previously had a leather trolley and also a regular suitcase. Enjoyed them. thought Samsonite gives better quality products. But from now can strike off the brand from my favourites.

Zippers Broke After 3 Business Trips

Literally used this thing on 3 trips all domestic and a couple visits to the office and the front zipper already broke and is ripping away from the fake leather. The zippers were barely aligned properly and the threads started to fray the first day but I thought it might just be typical break in. Nope only had this for a couple months and it’s already trash. It’s a shame because it looks great and the size is perfect. This would be my favorite bag ever if the zippers and stitching weren’t complete garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
