The quality of the "genuine leather" was subpar and disappointing. I returned the backpack because the leather felt like vinyl. It was very functional and spacious but the value just wasn't there due to the materials.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about 2 years ago. It has been nothing but useful. I can store all the personal things I need with me. I have used it on multiple occasions for travel. In and out of the United States. Could not be happier. Since my purchase the bag has shown minor wear which is expected just like anything else.

Inaccurate Samsonite Tracking led to stolen item

Tracked my items delivery using the tracker provided by Samsonite, as well as the notifications via messaging. System failed to notify me accurately and my item was stolen, with Samsonite refusing to reimburse me.
