It was a gift to my dad, he thought it was a little big so he wanted to exchange it for the smaller one. The woman at the store was so rude to him, also towards me, she said they don’t take returns even when they have the exact same bag in the store, and the one he wanted as well. She said her manager is the only one who can take returns. Absolutely useless.

I asked them to cancel my order before it shipped, but they didn't listen. They shipped my order today. Do you think I need to pay for the return shipping? It's ridiculous.
