zipper broke after only 3 months

I bought this a Christmas present for my husband. He just texted me from an airport, that the zipper broke- after slightly less than 3 months of use. He only carried it while traveling, no more than 15 times. Now he is out of the country with a broken brief case. So no, I do not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered and and I got the freefrom 21" spinner on Aug 29. But I didn't get the classic Leather slim brief util now. I've been talking about this before to samsonite customer service and FedEx either. But I have no information about it at all. Im waiting for this over 3 weeks. I can't understand at all. I moved today I cannot get it anymore and I didn't expect this situation. I just wanna refund it. Please refund it ASAP
