Mic doesn’t work and they have a poor ear fit tried all ear pieces but just keeps falling out

Charging cable male end does not fit into female end on headphones. It can wedge between the case and the plug, but does not go into the plug. Some charging results so I have been able to use them a bit. The sound is great, but the problem with the charging needs to be fixed. I have two sets I ordered that have this problem...two headphones, two different cables.

was given original model as a xmas present, charged and used once then dies. Need to be reset after 3rd time gave up trying now 2 years later tried it again and cant get more then a 1 off blink of a light. :(
