Klipsch does it again! Have had numerous speakers make by Klipsch over the years; all stellar. These neckband earphones are of superior quality and the battery life is ling. Winner!

The only reason not giving a 5 star is that the T5 neckband I purchased died 2 weeks after purchase. Originally I had trouble pairing them to my Galaxy S21 android phone. Upon talking to your customer service rep, he informed me I had to use the Samsung "Smart things" app in order to pair with my current phone. This info should be in your users guide. After they did pair with my phone I couldn't be happier, until they stopped working at all within 2 weeks. I have since begun the warranty exchange with Klipsch and hope to get them replaced quickly

Comfortable, but no meaningful volume control. Nice dynamic range, but the low volume makes it hard to appreciate. Because of that shortcoming, i can not recommend these

Easy to sync, easy to use and more comfortable to wear then my EarPods, they don’t slip out and fall and battery life is good, the sound is as good as any earbuds I have owned ( EarPod pro, bose sport, JVC ) . After buying mine I picked up a second pair for my wife who wears them exercising and they work great for her as well.
