[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read all of the reviews before purchasing this range and still went with this range. I’m so happy we did! Some reviews said: -Loud fan sound after oven is turned off (ours does not have this said sound. It’s actually very quiet) -Takes forever to preheat (the first use took a while, but to get to 425 it took 13min which IMO is fast for an oven this size!) -Knobs can get turned if bumped against leaking gas (I’ve bumped into our several times and haven’t had this issue) -Wifi was difficult to set up on your phone (it took me literally 5min to set up and works beautifully) -Can’t push range against the wall due to backside design (THIS IS TRUE. Unless the plug and the gas are way low to the floor or inset into the wall you won’t be able to. Ours can’t and now we have to put a piece of stainless steel over the space between the range and the wall) The stove top can be a booger to keep clean so I’m sure to wipe it down after every use. So far we are beyond happy with our range! Plus she’s pretty to look at!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the heat the burners produce, and the power burners with wok rings offer an amazing amount of flame control. The large oven preheats rapidly and supplies an even temperature throughout the cooking process. The range is easy to clean, stylish, and affordable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to light gas, large area for cooking. However, there is a high pitch sound, nearly undetectable, but we can hear it, coming from the large center knob for the oven. Super high pitch and always in the background. Nothing gets it to stop. Also the black enameled surface under the iron grates is not as easy to clean as I’d hoped. First time cooking left set-on stains. Overall, is functional and has a significant presence in the room; looks great at the first glance.
Bought this appliance with high hopes and about a year after it crapped out. Service has been out once to try and fix it and no luck and another time with a few parts. Call the service line weekly and get a different story every time. Going on 3 months with no stove and 3 kids at home. They will not give the name of the service company and will not let you speak with a manger. Just got off another long drawn out call to be told the parts needed might be in in 15 business days and I just need to keep calling back! Extended warranty is a joke. If you cannot fix the issue send a new unit at this price!!! Do not waste your money on these appliances at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bout this 36” kitchen ad commercial stove . The specs say 20,000 burners . BUT THEY DONT SAY IF YOU CONVERT TO PROPANE THOSE 20,000 GET RAMPED DOWN TO 13,000 BTU!! WHICH IS NO LONGER COMMERCIAL GRADE AS THEY CLAIM! NO WHERE IN THEIR SPECS US GHIS DISCLOSED!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF PROPANE.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had my range for about 6 months now. It is amazing. Love it. Easy to clean, easy to use. Love that i am able to start the oven with my app, makes dinner ready on time :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove top is great, and once preheated we are happy with the oven too. Must be quirks with our particular unit, but it heats to 400 in reasonable amount of time but then takes a very long time to reach 425 with fan continuously cycling on and off. Also there is a loud metalic buzz that comes from the back metal panel, as if it's not screwed on tightly enough - this lasts for at least an hour after using, while the fan is running and can be heard from adjoining rooms. I have tried wedging something between the back panel and the wall and it reduced the buzz a bit. If I had to do again, I would choose somethig else.
