Not easy to operate

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this stove last year. While its aesthetic appeal is noteworthy, I encountered challenges in integrating it with my application. Amidst the demands of a busy life and familial responsibilities, I find myself yearning for the convenience provided by my previous, more affordable stove, particularly its ability to schedule cooking or set timers. Cleaning this stove poses a significant challenge due to numerous intricate components that are difficult to access. Furthermore, despite featuring six burners, only one is small, resulting in uneven heating that has caused discoloration on most of my pots, primarily around the edges rather than the base. Notably, the stove's functionality heavily relies on an accompanying mobile application, necessitating installation on every device in the household. This requirement may present a learning curve for some members who are unfamiliar with such technology.

Bakes Much Better than prior KAID range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works much better than the prior range which would have received 1 star due to poor baking and KAID's inability to replace an oven burner element. I will give replacement unit 4 stars. One feature that we would like to see on the unit is a clock/timer.

disappointed, this was my "splurge"

The shelves are very hard to pull out and push in, I feel one day the hot food will spill and cause a burn. The inside ligts also seem to interfere with smooth rack maneuvering.
I didn't pass my move in inspection because we couldn't find the anti-tip package.

Need phone app for features?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to believe you have to use a phone app for a timer or temp probe. Makes it very inconvenient to use these features on the oven. Just put a digital read out on the front of the oven. Who wants to have to use their phone to operate the oven?Stove burners work great.

Bad design with having to use an app on phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great gas cook top however having to use an app on your phone for certain functions is not convenient or easy. Oven would be much better with an old fashioned digital read out. Multiple difficulties with getting on Wi-Fi. Cannot get temp probe to change temp on app. There’s not even a timer on the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best suite of appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our Kitchenaid stove and suite of appliances. I’d rather stay in and cook a delicious meal with locally sourced food now! So many opens for flames with the various burners and settings. I also love that you can sauté with a wok with one quick lift of a grate. Oven is plenty big enough - I don’t miss my double oven at all. Easy to clean splatters amd spills. Thanks Kitchenaid for more great home solutions. Best fridge and dishwasher too! Thoughtful shelving options for both and beautiful with the wood grain shelf trim!

Horrible oven experience

Installed this as part of a kitchen remodel. The oven has NOT maintained its temperature since day one. Three times a repair person came out, insists that it maintains its temp (of course it does when they run the oven completely empty, but as soon as any cookie sheet with food is put in, the temperature does NOT hold and foods take three times as long to cook - but the repair people refuse to listen and actually us the oven as its supposed to be used to diagnose the problem). The repair person called the Kitchenaid service line and the rep claimed that no one has reported this before, but clearly reading these reviews that is not true. I hadn’t read the reviews before purchasing because it was part of the overall purchase of appliances for the remodel, and frankly i thought kitchenaid was a better brand than this. 10 months after the install and it hasn’t worked correctly since day one, and kitchenaid has done nothing to remedy the problem. It’s WAY too expensive to deal with these problems
