Better instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second kitchenaid range. This current model is quite different with the blinking and steady different colors on the dial. However the current instructions are lacking in descriptions if new and different noises and how to change modes. Also there are no directions as to what to do if you get blinking yellow and repetitive tone. In the current instructions it acknowledges unit error but not what to do. Had to go on line and could not find answer on kitchenaid site but on other sites it said to turn off at circuit breaker for 1 minute and then turn back on to reset unit.
I am pretty certain who ever wrote the instructions that come with the unit did not actually use a range and or felt it unnecessary to let us owners know how to approach ALL situations.
You would see this yourselves if you google problem with kitchenaid ranges. I lot of people not happy with the lack of information provided in the instructions and the expectations of the range.

Great so far, but no timer?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has only been a week or so since we got the range installed and it works great. Love the looks as well. But, I am little baffled about the fact that it has no built in timer. Yes, you can use the app to do that, but sometimes you just want to set the timer really quick while putting the food in the oven. Otherwise, we love our new range.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this stove 3 weeks ago and I really love the look. Unfortunately I’m disappointed in the grate of the stove. The paint is chipping off already on the grate that I’ve been using the most. Also, one of the grate came damaged.
I had a hard time programming wifi on my app. Not a great feature.

WiFi does not work

I just bought this. I have been in contact with customer service line about the wifi, it is not working they said they would call me back never did. I had a IT professional come out to look at it, everything was right on my end with WiFi, it would not connect.
However it is beautiful! And the stove top part I love
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most beautiful and functional range you’ll come across. It has every feature you could imagine to include roll out oven racks, duel fuel and perfect ergonomically designed handles/knobs. The simmer mode is as good if not better than ranges at a much highly price point. The architecture suite of appliances looks just as the name implies in any kitchen. Lastly, the reliability behind the brands history makes the decision easy to choose Kitchenaid.
