Relatively happy

Have had new range for a couple of months and generally very happy with performance. A couple of niggles. 1. Connecting to Wifi not straightforward but was eventually able to do so with assistance 2. Finish on cast iron grates not good already appears to be rusting. See attached. 3. Burner knobs move so easily even if leaned upon slightly. One day returned home to smell gas. One knob slightly turned but not lit. Believe real safety issue. Good burners even oven heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove based on online photos and specs while we were doing a renovation. I never actually saw it prior to the kitchen being completed and it totally became the centrepiece of my new kitchen. It’s the first appliance that people notice and everyone comments about how amazing it looks. The look is sleek and sexy. The functionality of the app is taking some time to adjust to, but I love the notifications and ability to start and stop the oven from my phone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cook top is easy to use however the oven isn't. KitchenAid says that the WiFi feature can be used to start the oven from the store or where ever but I have not found this true.

Great Range, dial a little confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the oven, who wouldn't at this price point. I am still learning the center dual ring dial, I find it and the wifi a little confusing. The normal operations are great though and it heats up super fast.

Botched

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it 5 months ago and have had nothing but problems. The problems were due to the men who delivered it and set it up. Apparently they didn’t know what they were doing. They put the wrong conversion kit in and it was all messed up. The repair man said they botched the whole thing. It has caused me to not even like the stove.
