Great fridge, poor ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought all new KitchenAid appliances when we remodeled our kitchen in March '21. By Sept of '21 the ice maker had already broken. It will be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty, which we appreciate, but I'm disappointed that this happened considering how much we spent on the fridge. The ice maker itself is also very small and does produce nearly enough ice for a family of 6. Filling up one large sports bottle will nearly clean us out of a full ice bin. I do really like the setup of the fridge though and so far haven't had problems with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are thrilled with our new range! It has the professional look we wanted. The ovens have a convection option & self clean. The smaller oven comes in so handy during holidays or for small meals. The soft close doors are an added bonus. The 6 burners and griddle provide loads of cooking space, two of which have removal middle grates for wok cooking. The knobs are easy & functional. I miss having a timer right on the range, however as a smart oven, it’s WiFi capable & works with an app for the timer function. The app also alerts you to the oven being turned on & temperature changes The oven knobs have dual rings which make it easy to find the right setting. Although the gas knobs are push in to start, the oven knobs are not child proof & can be easily turned on by a toddler. The oven temps are spot on, cooks evenly and the gas flame settings offer many choices from
low to high Simmer on up! Overall, very satisfied with our new range!

Had to replace a computer board in the first week after moving into our new home...with this as our brand new range. This does not instill much confidence in the unit...or its long term reliability.

Like it except for the crappy wifi probe

We purchased this in 2020 when we remodeled. Overall I like it. I love the 6 burners and double ovens. The one thing I HATE- in order to use the meat probe you have to download the app on your phone and connect the range to the wifi. Well, that's easier said than done. It doesn't connect very good. You have to have a wifi and kitchenaid degree in order to do it. Or more patients than I have. I have had to call KA several times to get their help. After years of being frustrated with the probe issue I just purchased an external probe and don't worry about the wifi crap anymore. Some people might not use the probe but I use the meat probe anytime I cook meat to ensure it's not overcooked. I'm not a big meat eater but when I do I don't want it overcooked.

Love my new stove

We had an Italian stove before that made do much noise when you have the oven on that it was annoying. This is very quiet and the burners don’t click. I also love the commercial style and look. No red knobs ! Very happy so far.
