New kitchen, beautiful 36 inch range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built our new kitchen around this range and the matching hood - the oven capacity and six burners are great, and even small features like the soft closing oven door (it is a big, heavy door). The two dual flame burners are fantastic, and allow for great low-heat simmering. Overall, we love the appliance, but there are a few things to note:
- We have had a few issues with the dual flame burners: sometimes they don't always light. Also, one of them was turned to a level that was right between both flames being on, and only the lower flame...turns out the upper flame was not completely off, and was not completing combustion correctly, so there was a ton of carbon deposits to be cleaned off near the upper burner ports.
- The oven has a fan at the rear that will run after something is cooked, I believe this is common with oven\ranges. There is, however, what sounds like a loose metal panel on the rear of the appliance that will rattle very loudly from time to time - there are a few other reviews that note this also. I imagine I could pull the range forward and tighten a screw, but have not done so yet.
- The oven control knob. It takes some getting used to. Aesthetically, it looks good, and fits the rest of the appliance. I know there are other higher end ranges that do not have a timer, but be aware that there is not a timer on the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it 5 months ago and have had nothing but problems. The problems were due to the men who delivered it and set it up. Apparently they didn’t know what they were doing. They put the wrong conversion kit in and it was all messed up. The repair man said they botched the whole thing. It has caused me to not even like the stove.

Great Range, dial a little confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the oven, who wouldn't at this price point. I am still learning the center dual ring dial, I find it and the wifi a little confusing. The normal operations are great though and it heats up super fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cook top is easy to use however the oven isn't. KitchenAid says that the WiFi feature can be used to start the oven from the store or where ever but I have not found this true.
