love the look of the range

Purchased the 48" range - full propane. So far a burner has to be replaced and the big oven is not heating. Grill on the side is great for grill cheese but eggs, not so much. Definitely disappointed in the range.
Love the look though.

Beautiful & Functional Centerpiece of our Kitchen

I was a bit apprehensive to lose the existing layout which included wall ovens and a gas cooktop, but I am THRILLED wIth the results. This range is beautiful and has all of the space and features you could ask for. The griddle is fantastic, easy to use, easy to clean and looks as good as the day it arrived. The smart home features allowing Alexa and/or iPhone app to control the ovens are amazing. I can’t say enough about this appliance! 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this range ! Burners clean like a charm. The pull out oven grates slide like butter. The griddle is great - but it doesn't cook even (the back and front run colder than the middle).

Non-replaceable bake element

Do not buy this oven! If the hidden bake element goes out, you have to throw the oven away they’re nonreplaceable.

TERRIBLE; DO NOT BUY FROM KITCHENAID

I bought this range brand new in 2020. The oven door is mis-aligned and and tech can't seem to fix it. Also bought a KitchenAid fridge, dishwasher, free standing ice maker, and microwave and ALL of them have had serious problems/issues requiring repair. Of course, all issues occurred after their one-year warranty expired and KitchenAid/Whirlpool refuses to do anything about it. AVOID KITCHENAID/WHIRLPOOL AT ALL COSTS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No parts support

Equivalent model bought in August 2020. baking element on right oven no longer works and part has been discontinued by manufacturer. no third party source either. So now only smaller oven works and cannot even heat a frozen pizza.

Poorly made

I've had the light blue double oven range for three years. The problems range from minor to ridiculous. All of the rubber feet have come off of the grates, due to "excessive heat." The electric igniter does not work quickly anymore. The light blue paint is chipping on the oven door where "it got too hot,' and it has a burn mark from heat coming out of the oven door. The hinge on the large oven is broken and we have to keep a random tool by the appliance in case the door won't open when I need to get food out. The glass on the oven door has shattered twice while the oven was in use. It is not worth the money.
