Sealer did not vacuum or seal the sealer bag. Was returned as defective for refund. I have used a counter FoodSaver unit for decades and I love it - my favorite appliance.

Have yet to get a bag to seal with this! The hole on the handheld has to be lined up perfectly with the hole on the bag, which is pretty much impossible.

I purchased one and used to seal fish after a trip and the next time I tried to use it ,the thing didn't function at all.
