Unfortunately Not Reliable

I used it twice, then it stopped working. No, it's not the battery charge, it just doesn't function any longer.

Poor performance

Takes forever to charge and doesn’t hold the charge for more than one or two bags very dissatisfied and this newer model is not worth your money.

Good while it worked

Bought the previous version FS2160 and I'm very disappointed it is suddenly dead. It worked well but no longer holds a charge. It has always been in the base so clearly the charger is not smart enough to manage the batteries properly. I wish we could start a petition in this country where all rechargeable devices have to have easily removeable batteries. I'm certain the device itself is perfectly fine but it needs new batteries. I can only imagine the number of perfectly good devices being disposed of each year that simply need batteries.
