I enjoyed the previous model better. This is a smaller unit, but takes pushing in just the right spot to activate. Just pressing the top doesnt do it. It works though.

This little device is easy to use, quick to charge, and works well with the new nifty bags. I like not having to CUT bags and continually shorten the old bags to use in the old Food Saver device (which I am keeping because it still works very well). The only thing that is a bit of a problem is when I am sealing kind of "juicy" foods that have some liquid in them, and then I have to rinse out the sealer when I'm done. This takes up MUCH less room on my kitchen counter and the bags that come with this are very durable.

Great gadget for less food waste in the kitchen

If you want to keep food fresher for longer without taking up valuable kitchen space, you need this Handheld Vacuum Sealer.
It is very easy to use: just fill the bag with the food of your choice, zip it shut, place the sealer over the valve and press the button to start vacuuming.
Despite the small size, it has a powerful suction that effectively removes excess air quickly. Its compact design, on the other hand, makes it easy to store and handle (which is great when you don’t have a big kitchen or storage available like myself).
I like that it’s cordless and on a full 24-hour charge it can seal up to 60 quart-sized bags.
Use it for snacks in the pantry, or fruit and vegetables in the fridge or whatever you like in the freezer. Endless possibilities for always fresh food and less waste!
