I owned one of these several years ago and loved it then. When it died I did not replace it for some reason. Recently I saw it on your site again and ordered another. It is one of the handiest kitchen gadgets snd it saves money. I am single, so often when I cook there is more than I can eat or raw ingredients than I planned. Using the special bags you sell I can preserve leftover or raw ingredients for much long than typical plastic bags. Easy to use, small so it takes up little space and intuitive I simply find this saves me time and money.

It’s not user friendly. The directions say put it over the circle and the bags I bought with it don’t have a circle. However, even if it did I couldn’t figure out how to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great versatile product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an old style hand-held model that refused to charge properly. the company replaced it free of charge with the V1100. It works BEAUTIFULLY! It is automatic in operation. when you press the VACUUM button, it continues to evacuate the air until complete, then it stops. The Marinate button and the Marinate container do a great job! In 15 minutes items are marinated as if soaking for hours!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to buy this because I wanted to try the reusable bags and for some reason they didn't make them to work with the bag attachment for a full sized vacuum sealer. This handheld device doesn't have a lot of power but does the job. It's better to get as much air out of the bag as possible before taking the rest out with the handheld sealer. It does work on the regular bags as well. I find that I use it for those instead of grabbing the attachment for full sized vacuum sealer.
