Poor product.

Very weak motor. Charge doesn't last. Went through three of these. Old hand held much better and stronger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works but is pretty darn slow. The hand pump works faster and I regret buying a gadget that is a waste of resources and will end up in a landfill.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

We have purchased 5 or 6 of this product hoping each time that it will finally work. We give up!!! Never again will we recommend wasting your money on something that NEVER HOLDS A CHARGE!!! I think I’ll just try our vacuum attachment!!! These only work well for 2-3 charges and then it is broke!!!! You should refund all the money We’ve spent on this rotten product!!!!

Two Units, Inoperable Within 15 Months

Waste of my money. Purchased the predecessor to this unit, the FS2110 w/ accessories in June 2023 (no longer listed). After a short time, unit wouldn't hold a charge. FoodSaver replaced with another unit. Now, again, a year later, it won't hold a charge. I've purchased supplies of bags and marinating containers. Now all useless. FoodSaver offered me 10% off of buying another unit, then upped it to 20%. Seriously? Are these manufactured to last +/- one year, and are we supposed to keep buying them over and over??? No thank you.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing the hand held version. Mine stopped working within 4 months. I know things are not made to last these days but this is ridiculous. I do not recommend this product to anybody.

Great When It Worked...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it worked, the handheld was great, however, after having the unit for three months, it just stopped working. Alas, I received this as a gift receipt, thus I have no receipt. Do not buy this unit, how ever convenient; just buy and use the larger counter top unit.
