Keeping our food fresher, longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has really changed a lot of our practices with keeping food for longer. With this airtight seal our meat last longer, our vegetables do and one of the best things is you can vacuum seal herbs and such with a steak and have a extremely flavorful cut of meat when you open it up again. I love the space saving feature, just put it into the cabinet when I'm done instead of it being too much on the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would’ve have gotten this sooner! It works really well and is so easy to use. I had never used a vacuum sealer before, but instructions are very clear and I had it working in minutes. I love the size, as I don’t have a ton of kitchen space. I used it for food saving, but also tried it for my Sous Vide, since it was advertised for it. It worked perfectly for my filets! Very happy overall.

Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FoodSaver Space Saving Vacuum Sealer - VS1120 was a game changer. After a few occasions where I had to throw meat away due to freezer burn because the store packaging was inadequate, I decided to try out a vacuum sealer. It's amazing. It's not only small and compact so that it fits nicely in my cupboard (not sitting on a counter taking up space), but it's light weight as well. It's pretty self explanatory, so it is super easy to use even if you have never used one before. I had a packet of chicken vacuumed and sealed within 60 seconds! I love that I can pre-portion my meat, vacuum seal it and store it in the freezer for when I need it. I will absolutely be using this for all my bulk meat purchases in the future and I'm certain it will come in handy for other items as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This FoodSaver is so awesome. Easy to open, easy to follow directions, easy to use. Within 5 minutes I was already vacuum sealing my first item -- carne asada! It's very simple to use, basically 2 buttons (vacuum and seal) which light up so you know when it's done. I always wondered if I really needed one of these, but now that I've used it 5 times in a week I know the answer is everyone needs one. I love it! Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FoodSaver vacuum sealer is so simple to use. It vacuums and seals so easily, plus it is compact not taking to much room up on my appliance filled counters. I love being able to keep my food fresher longer. With food being as expensive as it is we all need to conserve where we can. The one downside I didn't like was you can only use the 8" rolls, quart, or pint sized bags. You can attach a hand-sealer kit to this and use it with the fresh containers.

I have been able to vacuum seal my stuff and it has kept things so much fresher. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to save space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally picked up a FoodSaver Space Saving Vacuum Sealer. I decided to get one because of the smaller design and this one is just right. It's easy to store and easy-to-use. It comes with separated bags along with a roll of bags to use, depending upon the size you need. It really does remove all of the air and food has definitely lasted longer. Accessories like containers are also available to purchase. Genius product!
