Shame it arrived without its manufacturer's box

I bought this product online. It arrived in a large cardboard box instead of the Food Saver brand green and white storage box. Shame. It is not easy to find a storage box 19" x 7.5" x 6", so I have to store it on top of the kitchen cupboards in a plastic bag. I have used it to vacuum pack and seal about 16 bags of food so far and it worked very well using Food Saver bags. I have not yet used it to make bags from the roll or used the other features. If Food Saver could please send me the Food Saver box it should have left the factory in, I would rate the product as excellent.

This is the 4th Food Saver vacuum unit I have purchased. It is noticeably quieter and faster than previous units. Hope it last as long. Like the lock-down lid sealing feature, the retractable hose sealer and the power cord storage. Well designed product good looking as well.

Replaced our FS of near 20 years. I must say the model FM3920 Vacuum Sealer is far superior to our now dead 20 something FS Professional II. Am happy to be back in the FS again. Love the new storage containers: using for fresh cut-up melons, blueberries, strawberries, etc..

Had my first foodsaver for well over 10 years. So as it started to “slow down”, I knew I needed a new one quickly. I looked for one that was similar to my old one and this one fit the bill. This foodsaver is so compact, I can actually leave it on my limited counter space. Since the adaptor is conveniently located, I find I use the foodsaver even more than before.
