This item is cheaply made and is not able to handle more than 2-3 items in one session even waiting 20-30 seconds in between. I am very disappointed with my purchase

This was my first vacuum sealer at 67 years old. The unit does everything it claimed to do. Very simple to operate with good instructions. I really like the marinator that came with it. Roll stock works great for odd shapes of wild game like venison and turkey. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Poor sealing and cutter design binds up

Poor sealing to the point you have to contantly push down to get it to actually function 50% of the time and cutter design binds up constantly until it eventually snaps and no longer functions. Used to be a great designed product but this version is a solid fail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just used mine yesterday to bag up some meat for the freezer. I sealed a boneless chuck roast (it was a flat shape, about 2" deep) using a gallon bag with the liquid "dam" in it -- didn't bother to freeze it uncovered first since I had a dam bag and it worked perfectly. Then I divided 3.3 lbs. of ground beef into a 1 lb. 3 oz. portion and the rest in a 2 lb. portion for meatballs. I used to leave things like ground beef in the fridge in anticipation of usage within a day or two but too often neglected to use it because of a change in dinner plans. Now I just portion it out and freeze it and it only takes a day to defrost in the fridge or I can quickly defrost it in the microwave -- either way, I'm not wasting anything at all anymore. Love my machine!
